We at Encore Technologies wanted to ensure our consistently superior quality throughout the corona treatment process. So we created a line of treater stations that are engineered to match the high performance standards of our Encore IGBT generators and corona transformers.

Our treater stations are manufactured in three sizes in order to accommodate all corona treatment requirements. The largest and most popular model, the Radiant™ Treater Station, incorporates design features unique in the industry.

Using simple knob controls, operators can adjust the electrode angle, and the corona gap while the Radiant™ Treater Station is running. This is a clear and significant improvement in efficiency over the old standard, which required a complete shutdown and the use of special tools to make necessary adjustments.

Efficiency is an important advantage. But the Radiant, along with Encore’s two smaller Prism Treater Stations, offer other performance features. These include the use of aircraft grade aluminum and high voltage insulation systems. Every Encore treater station is built to handle the stresses of heavy-demand operation over a long service life.
